  • Adipo-X PM is Formulated for Nighttime Use

  • It is Not a Diet Pill Based On Stimulant Ingredients

  • The Product Claims to Help Your Body Burn Fat During Sleep

  • Adipo-X PM Should Not Be Your Only Weight Loss Method
  • Burn fat while you sleep: this is the promise of Axis Labs Adipo-X PM product. This non-stimulant nighttime dietary supplement supposedly picks up where your daytime fat burning aid left off, so you can continue blasting off stubborn excess fat from your body even as you sleep. Best of all, it reportedly does this without disrupting your sleep or attempting to alter your sleeping schedule or patterns.

When this review was written, the Adipo-X PM formula contained the following ingredients: Vitamin C, L-Carnitine and Raspberry Ketones. Users are instructed to take two capsules at night, 30 minutes before bedtime.

How do these ingredients help with fat burning? Carnitine is an amino acid that helps to metabolize fat for energy. It is necessary for the proper transportation of fatty acids in the mitochondria, where fats are burned for energy. Studies have found that individuals who have low levels of Carnitine may have a lower fat burning capacity. However, there is no proof that taking carnitine as a supplement will lead to more fat burning.

Raspberry ketone is certainly a popular ingredient in the over-the-counter weight loss industry and the belief is that it is high in antioxidants and that it can increase fatty acid oxidation and lipolysis (the breakdown of fats and other lipids) in fat cells. That being said, no study has ever shown the ingredient to actually demonstrate any efficacy in terms of weight loss in humans.

As for vitamin C, some research has found that people who usually get sufficient amounts of the vitamin tend to have lower body mass indexes (BMI) than those who don’t, and that a deficiency in the nutrient cold hinder body fat loss. Furthermore, other studies have discovered that vitamin C may boost body fat oxidation. That said, this potential increase in fat oxidation occurs during moderate-intensity exercise, which would be irrelevant for Adipo-X PM users.

The bottom line is that Adipo-X PM is unlikely to help you burn enough fat while you sleep to lead to any measurable weight loss. The reason is that most fat burning aids function best when they are combined with physical activity, such as caffeine with cardio workouts. You are unlikely to burn anymore fat in a meaningful way by taking Adipo-X PM while you sleep than you are not taking it.

Still, if you are interested in taking Adipo-X PM it is a good idea for you to speak with your doctor first, especially if you have an existing medical condition or are currently taking any medications.

When this review was written, a single bottle of Adipo-X PM contained 60 capsules and cost $25.00 on the official Axis Labs’ website and $17.98 on Amazon.
