Summary:

  • APiFAST Claims to Suppress Appetite

  • It Contains Energy Boosting Ingredients

  • It Contains an Ingredients Combination the FDA Warns Against

  • Taking APiFAST is Not Recommended
  • APiFAST is a rapid fat burner and appetite suppressant from Vitamart 123. In addition to its supposed maximum fat burning and appetite suppression benefits, this product also claims to boost energy and fat metabolism to burn fat faster. Plus, its hunger curbing effects can decrease calorie intake by 50% or higher.

With so many bold claims, this dietary supplement is already sounding a little too good to be true, so the only way to know for certain just how effective APiFAST is, would be to check out its ingredients.

When this review was written, the formula consisted of a proprietary blend that was made up of the following Proprietary Blend: 2-Phenylethylamine HCl, Caffeine, Hordenine Hydrochloride, Yohimbine Hydrochloride, Synephrine Hydrocholoride, Dicalcium Phosphate, Mycrocrystalline Cellulose.

Users are directed to take APiFAST twice daily, before breakfast and lunch. One table is equivalent to 1 serving, which is a 237.5mg dose of the proprietary blend.

Do the ingredients live up to the claims? Not likely. The ingredients are not within clinical doses and, beyond caffeine being proven as a stimulant that can enhance mental alertness and boost fat burning potential when combine with cardio exercise, none of these ingredients have been scientifically proven to be effective at causing or aiding in measurable fat loss.

More importantly, based on the above ingredients list, what is true of APiFAST is that it is jam packed full of stimulants. While this means that you are likely to receive an energy boost, along with that boost you are also at a greater risk of unpleasant side effects such as insomnia, jitters, heart palpitations, rapid breathing, rapid heartbeat and so on. Furthermore, combining caffeine and synephrine (also known as bitter orange or citrus aurantium) can lead to dangerous cardiovascular effects, particularly when taken in high doses.

Due to the number of stimulants in this product, it is highly recommended that you first speak with your healthcare provider before you take it. This is especially important if you are currently taking any other supplements or medication or if you have an existing health condition or are pregnant or nursing.

It should also be noted that although this product is made with high-quality pharmaceutical grade ingredients in the USA in a GMP FDA Certified Lab, this does not mean that product has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

When this review was created, a single bottle of APiFAST sold on Amazon for $33.97.
