  • Fentalena is a diet pill for women

  • It claims to help fight fat in 3 proven ways

  • The formula contains ingredients for fat burning, energy boosting and appetite control

  • Fentalena is meant to be used in conjunction with diet and exercise
  • Fentalena is an over-the-counter (OTC) diet pill designed for women. According to the official product website, this pill can help women lose weight because “it attacks your fat loss in 3 proven female approved ways!” The “proven” ways include thermogenisis, suppressing appetite and providing more energy. All of these advantages combined lead to weight loss by enabling women to feel more energized, burn body fat faster, and feel less hungry.

The Fentalena formula contains a propriety blend that is made up: Garcinia Cambogia Extract, Raspberry Ketones, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Yohimbe Bark Extract, Green Tea Leaf, Acai Fruit Extract, Goji Fruit Extract, Pomegranate Fruit Extract, Cinnamon Twig, Noni Fruit Extract, Galangal Rhizome, Naringin, Glucuronloactone, Hoodia godonii extract, Guggulsterones E & Z. Additionally, Thiamne, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, and Pantothenic Acid are also part of the ingredients list.

While at first glance these may look like some stellar ingredients, one of the main problems is that there are a lot of them in the formula. This either means that there is a generous dose of a couple of ingredients and a limited amount of the rest or a limited amount of all the ingredients. Whatever the case, the reality is that no matter what positive effects these ingredients have on weight loss, there is unlikely to be a sufficient amount of each to actually result in any beneficial effects.

With that in mind, essentially this formula is composed of ingredients that the OTC weight loss industry claims are energy boosters and fat burners (ex. green coffee bean, green tea, Vitamin B12), fat blockers (ex. raspberry ketones, garcinia cambogia), and appetite suppressants (ex. hoodia). Unfortunately, there is insufficient clinical research for these ingredients and all the others within this formula in terms of their effectiveness for weight loss. While caffeine (which is found in both green coffee bean and green tea), has scientifically been proven to increase fat burning when combined with physical activity, fat burning doesn’t mean that weight loss will necessarily occur.

It should also be noted that Fentalena is meant to be used in combination with a calorie-conscious diet and regular exercise. While there is no guarantee that this diet pill will help you lose weight, even if it does, it will not do so on its own. You will still need to exercise and control your diet in order to experience measurable weight loss.

At the time that this review was written a bottle of Fentalena could be purchased on Amazon for $39.97. Although this might seem like a reasonable price, when you factor in that one bottle contains only 60 pills and one serving consist of 3 capsules, the cost of using Fentalena can add up pretty quickly, considering one bottle won’t last you a month.

The most common side effects likely to occur when taking this product include stomach upset, restlessness, sleeplessness and jitters, among others.

Prior to taking Fentalen it would be wise to first consult with your healthcare provider.
