Elite Burn

Elite Burn is a dietary supplement from Invictus Labs. It is a weight management complex that has been designed to help with metabolism, energy and fat burning. At the time that this review was written, a single bottle of Elite Burn (a one month supply) sold on Amazon for $19.99.

According to the supplement facts listed on the product label at the time that this review was created, Elite Burn is composed of a proprietary formula: Caralluma Fimbriata Extract, White Kidney Bean Extract, Forskolin, African Mango Extract, Garcinia Cambogia Extract, Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Moringa Extract, Raspberry Ketone.

There is 1008 mg of the proprietary formula per a single serving size (2 capsules). The suggested use is to take 2 capsules daily.

According to the product description on Amazon, the effectiveness of every ingredient in the formula has been research and tested. It also states that every ingredients is “included at proper doses to ensure maximum results.” Unfortunately, there is no way to know for certain if this is true, since the amount of each ingredient hasn’t been revealed in the supplement facts. In short, there is no proof beyond the claims made by the manufacturer that Elite Burn is effective, safe or that proper doses have been included.

While it is true that all the ingredients have been scientifically studied, there is a huge difference between an ingredient that has been scientifically studied for weight loss and one that has been scientifically proven effective. None of these ingredients have been proven safe or effective for causing weight loss.

In regard to how these ingredients supposedly help with weight loss, the belief is that caralluma fimbriata, African mango, and garcinia cambogia help with appetite suppression, while green tea, green coffee bean, and forskolin are believed to help with fat burning. White kidney bean extract is thought to help block a percentage of carbohydrates, moringa and raspberry ketone are high in antioxidants, and garcinia cambogia may also help to block the production of fat.

As impressive as all of this sounds, remember that there is no actual proof that these substances will produce these effects. What’s more, there is no way of knowing how much of each of these ingredients is in the formula, which further calls their effectiveness into question.

As for side effects, the most common is likely to be digestive upset. On the plus side, there is no added caffeine in this product, so you shouldn’t need to worry about unwanted stimulant-related side effects, which are common in many of the top weight loss tablets.

Still, it’s always a good idea to consult with your healthcare provider before making any dietary supplement a regular part of your lifestyle.

AtraFen Pro-3

AtraFen Pro-3 is a “triple action non-stimulant extreme weight loss formula” from Nutratech that is meant to provide weight loss support. It is a 3-in-1 stimulant-free fat burner blend that works as an appetite suppressant, provides a full body detox and also delivers a dose of probiotics for digestive health.

More specifically, the formula is broken down into 3 blends and each one plays a specific role in the body. The overall goal of this product is to provide all-day appetite suppression and fat burning through several pathways in the body. Fat burning supposedly results from increased theremogenesis and increased thyroid appetite.

The ingredients within each AtraFen Pro-3 Capsule include:

Stim-Free Burning & Appetite Suppression Blend: Rasberry Ketones, African Mango Extract, Cayenne Pepper, Citrus Pectin, Fennel Seed Extract.

Metabolic ProbioBoost Complex: Acidophilus, Falxseed Oil, Ginger, Goldenseal.

UltraCleanse & Detox Matrix: Cascara Sagrada, Pumpkin Seed, Buckthorne Root, Licorice Root, Rhubarb, Cape Aloe, Bentonite Clay, Aloe Vera, Senna, Oat Bran, Prune Juice.

The recommended dosage is to take 2 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning. A third (optional) capsule can be taken later in the day for those seeking extra weight loss benefits.

Although AtraFen Pro-3 contains clinically tested ingredients, it doesn’t contain clinically proven ingredients for weight loss. Moreover many customers have complained of receiving no appetite suppression benefit from taking this pill.

Nutratech’s official product page for AtraFen Pro-3 claims that this dietary supplement has zero side effects. It’s always concerning when a company claims that their product has no side effects because this statement is untrue. Even though there are no stimulants within the formula, this doesn’t mean the product is without any side effects, after all, if the pill did manage to cause appetite suppression and fat burning, both of these would be side effects.

Of course, when the manufacturer claims “no side effects” they are referring to adverse effects and not the ones the product has been designed to cause. Still, there is always the potential for side effects such as digestive upset, especially due to the fact that this product contains laxatives.

Therefore, it would be unwise to automatically assume that this dietary supplement will be an effective or even safe complement to your weight loss regimen. It’s always best to speak with your doctor first to make certain it is right for you.

AtraFen

AtraFen is a thermogenic appetite suppressant that promises to help burn calories while you’re at rest and to burn even more when you’re physically active. AtraFen is a weight loss supplement from Nutratech that has been designed to help with weight loss and long-term weight management. AtraFen is available in both pill and liquid form (diet drops). It is also available in a nighttime formula. This particular review is focusing on the standard diet pill product.

At the time that his review was written, the official product page states that the manufacturer has developed a product that was formulated after carefully following “real” science and studies that were conducted on humans.

While this does sound impressive, it is important to note that the actual AtraFen product itself has never been studied only the ingredients within it have. Therefore, even if the ingredients have been studied to determine their efficacy and safety for weight loss, the particular AtraFen proprietary blend has not. Right off the bat, this means there is no guarantee that taking these diet pills will result in more calorie burning, appetite suppression or reduced weight.

That being said, while there is no guarantee that it will work, this doesn’t mean that it won’t either. That’s why it is important to take a closer look at the ingredients in the formula. The proprietary formula contains a blend of African Mango Extract, Raspberry Ketone, Green Tea Extract, Acai Fruit, Caffeine Anhydrous, Resveratrol, Apple Cider Vinegar, Grapefruit, Kelp.

What do studies have to say about these ingredients? Research has found that caffeine can boost mental focus and alertness and may be beneficial at burning more fat, particularly when combined with physical activity. The same can be said for green tea.

There are also several antioxidants in this formula including acai fruit, grapefruit, raspberry ketones and green tea. Antioxidant-rich ingredients are good for overall health and may help with weight loss, particularly when combined with exercise.

Apple cider vinegar is believed to help prevent the digestion of carbs, Kelp is thought to assist in balancing PH level and resveratrol may block a cellular process that contributes to the development of fat cells.

Sadly, there is no solid clinical evidence that any of these ingredients will lead to measureable weight loss. Furthermore a single serving size of the AtraFen formula is 1 capsule and each serving contains 600mg of the proprietary blend. However, it is not revealed how much of each ingredient makes up the total 600mg blend.

As for side effects, possible risks include insomnia, jitters, anxiety, digestive distress, headache, rapid heartbeat, etc.

When this review was written, a single bottle of AtraFen (containing 60 capsules) cost $39.99. That said, prior to taking this product you should first speak with your medical practitioner.
